This Privacy Policy describes how your personal and business information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Impactica.ca (the “Site”). Impactica.ca understands the importance of protecting the privacy of its users. By using the Impactica.ca website ("Site") and submitting your information on or through the Site, you (referred to hereafter as "you", "your" or "user") are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may share information among our subsidiaries or other websites that we own or control, but such sharing of information is always governed under the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or any services offered through the Site.

PERSONAL & BUSINESS INFORMATION WE COLLECT.  In order to access and use certain areas and services of the Site, users may be asked for personally identifiable information (including, your name, address, email address and telephone number) and business information (such as business name, address and telephone number). When you make a purchase on the Site, you will be asked to provide financial information necessary to process your transaction, such as account or credit card numbers and other payment information. Impactica.ca collects this personal, business, and financial information (hereafter, "Personal Information") that you voluntarily provide to us in order to provide you with the services offered through the Site. While you may decline to provide certain information to us, it may render you unable to access certain services and features offered through the Site. By making a purchase on the Site, you consent to our providing your Personal Information to our services providers and such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transaction, such as credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.  We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here:  https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.  You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may share your information in a business transfer. As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by, another company, or we may file for protection under applicable bankruptcy laws in the future. In such event, user information obtained and maintained by us, including personal information, will transfer to a successor entity in connection with the corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change. User information submitted prior to any such transfer would remain subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy (as it existed on the date of the submission). However, user information submitted after a transfer to a successor entity may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

SECURITY.  Impactica.com has security measures in place to protect customer information. Impactica.com takes reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your personal information under our control. Because the security of your personal information is a high priority, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that it is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. The Site uses encryption technology, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is supported by the vast majority of modern Internet browsers. SSL technology represents the highest level of security available on the Internet, automatically encrypting information traveling over the Internet, verifying the identity of the transacting servers through certificates and digital signatures, and confirming that the integrity of the message content is maintained throughout its transmission. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek to partner with service providers which do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to the Site and are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information. Account Information and other password-protected areas of the Site can be accessed only with a valid user name and password. Each password owner is responsible for keeping the password confidential and safe, as we have no control or responsibility for this type of user information. If the password may have been stolen or might otherwise be misused, it is the responsibility of the subject user to notify us immediately for further action.

DO NOT TRACK.  Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION.  When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS.  The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not seek any personal information (or any information at all) from any persons under 18 years old. Because we do not intentionally collect any information from children under the age of 18, we also do not knowingly share or disclose such information to third parties. CHANGES . We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
